Warehouse Manager - High Volume (Dallas/Fort Worth, TX)
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations across receiving, inventory, and shipping in a high-volume environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team that consistently meets customer and operational expectations.
You’ll partner closely with Operations, Production, and Supply Chain to keep materials flowing efficiently while maintaining strong safety and quality standards. This role requires someone who is comfortable being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and holding teams accountable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline
Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and productivity
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for material handling and warehouse processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with production and customer requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost
Maintain a safe and organized work environment; ensure compliance with all safety standards and policies
Manage, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and team members
Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and facility conditions
Support customer needs and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Job requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing, repair, or distribution environment
Proven experience managing high-volume operations and meeting performance metrics
Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse systems
Experience leading teams, driving accountability, and improving performance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and make sound decisions under pressure
