Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead logistics operations for warranty and repair fulfillment of computing, communication, and consumer electronics products. This role will ensure optimized material flow, accurate inventory management, performance reporting, and client satisfaction across multiple programs.

 

Job Duties

  • Analyze, coordinate and plan logistical operations functions for warranty and repair fulfillment for after-sales services of computing, communications, and other consumer electronics products. Establish priorities and sequences for material flow and inventory management for entire life cycle of product, ensuring accurate levels of inventory throughout the shipping, receiving and warehouse areas.

  • Establish logistical operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. Direct availability and allocation of materials, and salvage of damaged or used material. Identify, develop and implement systems improvements to streamline work process and obtain operation statistics to optimize efficiency.

  • Inspect physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepare work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.

  • Review logistics performance for key accounts and develop methodology to enhance or integrate customer programs and continuously improve processes in order to reduce costs and manage work flow and labor, to enhance on-going operations, and provide customers and stakeholders with optimized value.

  • Perform financial data analysis, including cost analysis, and create and review weekly, monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for multiple programs.

  • Coordinate review and revision of customer contracts and provide reporting on compliance to performance service levels and quality standards. Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel.

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain department operational reports to manage work outputs, productivity, quality control, and revenue.

  • Manage, coordinate, assign and review work and progress of lower-level logistics and warehouse staff, determine performance standards, and ensure accuracy of department personnel information and time clock tracking.

Job Requirements

  • U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration/Management, Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as Program Manager, Production Manager, or related program management job in electronics manufacturing or repair environment.

  • Must have 3 years of experience with the following:

    • Program management delivering logistics solutions for electronics/telecommunications products and services;

    • Managing logistical aspects of multiple, full-project lifecycles for computing, communications, and other consumer electronics products.

    • Client relationship management at the executive level.

    • Responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management and revenue growth.

    • Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Visio, and Power BI.
