Behind the scenes, our IT department makes this possible every day. Whether it’s resolving incidents, deploying workstations, or managing infrastructure, as an IT Systems Administrator you play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

For our location in Zoetermeer (130 colleagues, based at the Dutch Tech Campus), we are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator.

The Role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you are the first point of contact for IT-related questions and technical issues. You support colleagues with software installations, hardware issues, network access, and everything in between. Through our ticketing system, you ensure that incoming requests are handled efficiently, customer-focused, and with technical precision.

In this role, you will collaborate (both online) with colleagues from the global support team as well as the local engineering team.

Beyond resolving incidents, you actively contribute to projects where IT plays a critical role. You help standardize processes and support the further professionalization of our IT services. Quality, clarity, and reliability are key in everything you do.

From your position, you will also support broader infrastructure projects such as server management, network configurations, and optimizations, allowing you to continue growing in your technical expertise.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily support requests via the ticketing system

• Support colleagues with workplace management, software installations, and network access

• Contribute to IT infrastructure–related projects

• Help maintain a stable, secure, and reliable IT environment

• Structure and improve end-user processes and standards

• Independently perform hardware and software updates and installations

• Identify improvement opportunities and proactively contribute ideas

Who You Are
You are technically skilled, service-oriented, and not easily discouraged. You prefer to solve problems independently and escalate when necessary. You communicate clearly and enjoy supporting colleagues.

You have completed an MBO/HBO-level education in IT and have experience with desktop management, network support, and end-user support. Certifications (such as Microsoft, Cisco, or similar) are a plus, as is experience with remote support tools, ghosting, or image deployment.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role

• Affinity with Windows and Linux environments, networking, and basic server management

• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch, with functional English skills

• A customer-focused mindset with a hands-on attitude

• Accurate working style and strong follow-up on agreements

• Ability to perform well under pressure and remain calm in hectic situations
