Position Summary

We are hiring in our Bydgoszcz, Poland facility for a IT Business Analyst Manager to join our team. This role is the bridge between Business Operations and IT ensuring the local Business Analyst team are working on the correct tasks with the correct priorities. This team are the first escalation point for the Bydgoszcz site including being involved in strategic system migrations, updates and new customer implementations, projects and enhancements!

Job requirements

Candidates must have the below requirements:

  • Leadership and Project Manager Skills.

  • Managing tasks and projects via internal systems.

  • IT Systems Integration (B2B) methods and execution.

  • Knowledge of shopfloor and logistics systems functionality preferably in a manufacturing, distribution and service environment but not essential.

  • Hands-on skills in IT Applications (ERP or Shop Floor).

  • Experience of creating specifications in an IT Department.

  • SQL for writing queries to extract adhoc information from data bases.

  • Experience of working under pressure to deliver high levels of accuracy.

  • At least 1 year of a similar role.

  • Experience of problem solving.
