Job description
- management of full truckload, courier, sea, air and road transport;
- optimising the costs of the transport being carried out;
- ensuring compliance with commercial and customs regulations, documentation management;
- creation of requests and settlement of special procedures (processing);
- cooperation with carriers, couriers and logistic partners;
- courier valuations in EU and UK countries. Cooperation with custodians in these countries;
- management of price lists and shipping costs;
- overseeing shipments and collections - of goods and parts for repair;
- clarifying customer escalations and resolving problems;
- working closely with the warehouse and production department;
- preparing reports, analyses;
- introduction of cost/time/process improvement measures;
- building reverse logistics solutions.
Job requirements
- min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- experience in the area of parcel post and working with carriers;
- very good knowledge of customs law, including special procedures;
- knowledge of IT systems supporting logistics processes (knowledge of PUESC would be an advantage);
- practical knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel;
- knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely (B2) - working with international carriers;
- efficiency and ability to cooperate with courier companies;
- independence and very good organisational skills;
- communication and teamwork skills.
