Job description

  • management of full truckload, courier, sea, air and road transport;
  • optimising the costs of the transport being carried out;
  • ensuring compliance with commercial and customs regulations, documentation management;
  • creation of requests and settlement of special procedures (processing);
  • cooperation with carriers, couriers and logistic partners;
  • courier valuations in EU and UK countries. Cooperation with custodians in these countries;
  • management of price lists and shipping costs;
  • overseeing shipments and collections - of goods and parts for repair;
  • clarifying customer escalations and resolving problems;
  • working closely with the warehouse and production department;
  • preparing reports, analyses;
  • introduction of cost/time/process improvement measures;
  • building reverse logistics solutions.

Job requirements

  • min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • experience in the area of parcel post and working with carriers;
  • very good knowledge of customs law, including special procedures;
  • knowledge of IT systems supporting logistics processes (knowledge of PUESC would be an advantage);
  • practical knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel;
  • knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely (B2) - working with international carriers;
  • efficiency and ability to cooperate with courier companies;
  • independence and very good organisational skills;
  • communication and teamwork skills.
