Team Lead of Trainers

Job description

  • Organising and supervising the work of a subordinate training team.
  • Developing internal training and implementation programmes and selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities.
  • Analysing the training needs of external and internal customers.
  • Carrying out training analyses and reports, maintaining reporting records.
  • Conducting training of Trainers according to the TWI method.
  • Co-creation of work breakdown sheets according to TWI methodology.
  • Verifying the validity of training and authorisations and monitoring compliance with the requirements of internal and external customers
  • Coordinating the preparation of documents and provision of resources for the train the trainer department.
  • Liaising with other departments in the company to acquire detailed knowledge in specialised training.
  • Nurturing Continuous Improvement, promoting a culture of process thinking and process efficiency;
  • Monitoring the development of employee competencies.

Job requirements

  • University degree (preferably in quality, coaching or similar),
  • Experience in a similar position of 5 years in manufacturing companies, preferably from the electronic products or aftermarket services industry,
  • At least 2 years' experience in team management,
  • Knowledge of Training Within Industry, Train the trainers certification welcomed,
  • Ability to plan and organise training,
  • Very good command of MS Office ( Excel, Powerpoint ),
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing working conditions (in organising and delivering training),
  • Ability to identify risks affecting the training process,
  • Very good knowledge of English min. B2,
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
