Position Summary

We’re hiring in the UK! We are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to join our fast growing team and business in Havant. This role will help support the design, development, testing, deployment and global support of in-house computer storage testing and secure data erasure equipment.

Candidates must have the below requirements:

• Foundation qualification in digital and analogue electronics.

• Experience with Linux systems and command-line tools.

• PC hardware assembly and BIOS configuration.

• Confident skills with soldering (SMT and through-hole).

• Communication and technical writing skills.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills (such as PCB Design).

• Interest in data storage, erasure standards and customer focused support.

• Working well in a team.

• Open minded for all possible solutions and being proactive.

• Working independently, taking initiative and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Travel may be required.
