  • Participate in customer meetings to review program performance, changes, and next steps.

  • Translate customer needs into structured, executable program requirements.

3) Program Governance & Cadence

  • Run disciplined program cadences (weekly/bi-weekly), including action logs, decision tracking, and escalation management.

  • Maintain accurate program documentation, reporting, and status visibility.

  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately with clear options and recommendations.

4) Standardization & Playbook Contribution

  • Execute programs using established lifecycle service playbooks and templates.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standardized processes, decision trees, and operating models.

  • Help ensure programs are deployable, repeatable, and scalable across OEMs.

5) Continuous Improvement & Operational Insight

  • Stay closely connected to operations by working onsite and engaging with teams regularly.

  • Identify inefficiencies, friction points, and gaps; implement practical improvements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve delivery consistency and customer satisfaction.

6) Program Expansion & Evolution

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope or improve value within existing OEM programs.

  • Support new service introductions, regional expansions, and pilot initiatives.

  • Provide input to leadership on program performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Internal teams trust you as a strong, execution-focused program leader.

Candidate Profile & Traits

  • Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional programs in a global environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
