Job description

We are looking for an individual to join our Engineering department. As a Product Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing existing processes from a technical and systems perspective. One of your main tasks will be the continuous oversight of plant engineering by monitoring and improving the customer-supplied technical and system solutions that are used in our company to monitor/report and ensure proper process flow.

Responsibilities:

  • technical and system monitoring of the process( IFS, KUNA );
  • modification in the IFS system( establishing Part Numbers, changing Routing, etc.);
  • introduction of new products into the existing process( NPI supervision);
  • introduction of software solutions (test solutions ) provided by the customer;
  • preparation of technical and process documentation to ensure the correctness of the process;
  • taking care of Continuous Improvement of plant engineering, promoting a culture of process thinking and process efficiency;
  • collection and analysis of data, preparation of internal reports and those going out to the customer;
  • working on an ongoing basis with process engineers, leaders and operational staff to improve processes;

Job requirements

  • technical education, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications or related fields;
  • a minimum of three years' experience in the service area of electronic products;
  • very good knowledge of the electronics industry and technology, with particular emphasis on service products;
  • knowledge of software used in the field of electronic service, including service management systems, diagnostic tools, etc.; and
  • experience of service project management, including prioritisation, resource planning and tracking of work progress;
  • knowledge of diagnostic and test tools used in electronic service;
  • ability to translate complex technical issues into understandable language for customers and the team;
  • a creative approach to finding innovative solutions in the field of electronic product servicing;
  • willingness and ability to self-educate on the latest technologies and trends in the industry;
  • knowledge of English ( min. B1+), both spoken and written, at a level that allows you to communicate freely.
