Job description
- Overseeing processes and analyzing quality problems;
- Handling external as well as internal complaints;
- Planning and implementing preventive and corrective actions;
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance indicators; controlling the
effectiveness of corrective actions proposed by the Quality Department; - Reporting quality results and corrective action plan;
- Applying quality tools, creating quality documentation, developing control plans;
- Evaluating the product and deciding on further action;
- Risk assessment and elimination of risks in the process;
- Conducting internal audits of the process, product, system;
- Training employees in quality knowledge.
Job requirements
- Several years of experience in the Quality Department - minimum 5 years
- Education in the field;
- Communicative knowledge of English, at least at B2 level;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge and experience in working with quality tools;
- Communication skills and openness to sharing knowledge;
- Openness to actively collaborate with the Operations Department and build a quality culture;
- Ability to work with members of other teams, including the international team;
- Proactivity in problem solving.
