Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber Marketing Strategy & Presentation Manager to own strategic storytelling and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, narrative development, and program management. You will translate complex business, product, and GTM strategies into clear, executive-ready narratives and drive marketing initiatives from concept through delivery.
This is a strong fit for candidates with a consulting background (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy) who enjoy structured problem solving, building high-impact presentations, and leading multi-workstream projects—but want to apply those skills in an operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Storytelling & Executive Communications
Translate complex strategies, product capabilities, and GTM initiatives into clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations.
Build high-quality decks for leadership, sales enablement, customer pitches, investor-facing materials, and strategic initiatives.
Synthesize inputs from Product, Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Leadership into cohesive messaging and story arcs.
Marketing Program & Project Management
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing initiatives (e.g., GTM launches, vertical campaigns, solution rollouts).
Structure workstreams, define timelines, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
Act as the “single-threaded owner” for key marketing projects that require coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Strategy & Insight Development
Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to shape positioning, value propositions, and solution narratives.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive synthesis to inform messaging and campaign strategy.
Develop frameworks and storylines that clarify complex offerings and strategic priorities.
Operating Rhythm & Enablement
Establish clear processes for intake, prioritization, and delivery of strategic marketing work.
Improve how strategy is operationalized into marketing assets and GTM materials.
Raise the bar on clarity, rigor, and executive communication across the marketing organization.
What Success Looks Like (First Year)
Leadership relies on you as the go-to owner for high-stakes presentations and strategic narratives.
GTM and marketing initiatives run with clearer structure, stronger messaging, and tighter execution.
Sales and external-facing teams use your materials to communicate value more effectively.
Marketing operates with higher strategic rigor and clearer alignment to business priorities.
Job requirements
Ideal Background
2+ years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy), or equivalent in-house strategy roles.
Strong track record of building executive-level presentations and structured narratives.
Experience leading or owning workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complexity into clarity.
Interest in applying consulting skillsets inside an operating company and influencing real-world execution.
