Integrated Marketing Manager – Reconext (NYC Hybrid)

 

Reconext is seeking a highly versatile, self-directed Integrated Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast, technical, and rapidly evolving B2B environment. This role is perfect for someone who excels as a jack-of-all-trades marketer, can independently turn ambiguous ideas into finished deliverables, and loves diving into technical subject matter, from AI-enabled repair intelligence to ITAD, reverse logistics, and electronics manufacturing.

 

You’ll work across the full marketing spectrum: ABM, SEO, content, social, lead-gen, webinars / events, and special projects (like launching a podcast). This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CMO.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Full-Funnel B2B Marketing & Growth

  • Build, execute, and optimize B2B lead-gen funnels across paid, organic, social, and ABM channels.

  • Own multi-step drip and nurture campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Develop vertical-specific and account-specific marketing for strategic enterprise prospects.

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure Messaging → Lead Flow → Pipeline progression is aligned.

Content Creation & SEO

  • Write and edit SEO articles, industry explainers, case studies, and technical narratives.

  • Manage keyword strategy, content cadence, and performance metrics.

  • Turn engineering, sustainability, and operational insights into compelling storytelling.

Special Projects (High Ownership)

  • Lead cross-functional projects like launching the Reconext podcast, a webinar series, and special marketing initiatives.

  • Scope requirements, manage timelines, work with internal SMEs, and deliver final polished outputs with minimal oversight.

  • Step in wherever needed to fill gaps, solve problems, and drive execution.

Events, Webinars & Tradeshows

  • Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and large enterprise presentations.

  • Support the strategy, logistics, and creative execution for tradeshows and industry events.

  • Partner with sales and operations to turn event presence into pipeline impact.

Project Management & Cross-Team Orchestration

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects: content, events, campaigns, and technical initiatives.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, ESG, Product, Sales, and Leadership to align messaging and deliverables.

  • Keep projects moving in fast-changing environments with clarity, structure, and pace.

Clay + Modern Marketing Tooling

  • Use Clay to build prospect lists, enrich data, automate workflows, and support ABM initiatives.

  • Collaborate on integrating AI agents and automation into marketing workflows.

  • Maintain clean data, organized targeting, and structured campaign operations.

Job requirements

What You Bring

 

  • Self-starter with strong ownership instinct. You take initiative, fill gaps, and execute independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to pick up technical subject matter quickly, OR direct experience in ITAD, reverse logistics, electronics manufacturing, supply chain, or circularity.

  • 3–7+ years of marketing experience across a mix of B2B, SaaS, industrial, or technical fields.

  • Strong writing and editorial skills. Comfortable interviewing SMEs, synthesizing complexity, and producing crisp, clear content.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • SEO & content operations

    • Social media marketing

    • Lead-gen, funnels, and drip campaigns

    • ABM

    • Event or webinar coordination

  • Project management excellence: timelines, briefs, cross-functional alignment, and follow-through.

  • Proficiency with or ability to learn fast: Clay, CRM platforms (Apollo, Dynamics, Propensity), SendX, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and high expectations.

  • NYC-based or willing to be on-site in our NYC office several days a week.

  • Light design or media skills (Figma, Canva, video editing, etc).
