Position Summary

We’re hiring in the Czech Republic, Prague! We are looking for a HR Manager to join our growing business in Prague. This role will help support 350 employees including a significant international workforce. This position acts as a key business partner to the Site Leadership Team ensuring HR contributes directly to operational and strategic success.

Candidates must have the below requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR leadership, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or electronics sectors.

• Strong knowledge of Czech labour law and HR compliance.

• Proven ability to manage multicultural and expatriate workforces.

• Experience in implementing HR strategy at site level.

• Acts with integrity and fairness in all interactions.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Balances strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.

• Drives accountability and continuous improvement.

• Builds trust and fosters collaboration across teams.
