Job description

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing who can work side-by-side with our Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement robust marketing strategies with a true “boots on the ground” approach. This high-impact, roll-up-your-sleeves role will focus on supporting Sales during the RFP process, driving Account-Based Marketing initiatives, and expanding our presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms. You’ll also play a critical role in trade shows, content marketing, partner marketing, and consolidating sales presentations to fuel our business growth.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) and external agencies, you’ll help ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution. A key strategic priority this year is to elevate our market position and thought leadership. Our CEO and executive team—many of whom are based in NYC—possess deep industry expertise that needs to be communicated effectively to targeted audiences. Every customer touchpoint is an opportunity to align our strategic objectives with their specific needs, emphasizing relevance and practicality. In this role, you will contribute both strategically and tactically, with significant in-person interactions alongside executives, necessitating your presence (or relocation) in NYC.

We’re looking for a candidate that is familiar with electronics manufacturing/assembly and reverse logistics (or general logistics), including how supply chain, engineering, and repair activities come together to solve global challenges for customers. While direct operational experience in these areas is not required, you should have a strong foundational understanding and a desire to learn more.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how we present ourselves in the market—translating our executive leadership’s deep knowledge into targeted, high-impact messaging that supports business development and brand transformation. If you’re excited by a fast-paced, hands-on environment and have the flexibility to engage regularly with senior leaders, we’d love to hear from you.
